DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Clean the feet and dry, then apply a generous amount of the hydrogel to the entire foot and between the toes. May be used as a foot scrub or applied as a moisturizer. Allow to air-dry.Use before wearing shoes or socks however socks may be put on before drying. Use night and day as needed.
